Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on WEDNESDAY, February 25, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Brown, Paindiris and Scott, LLC, agent for John Boyle, 166-200 Prestige Park Road, Requests a variance from Sections 209.2, 209.3(aa) Parking and 503.5(c) Yards, to permit parking in the required front yard, to create new parking spaces, less than what are required and to reduce the required rear yard setback for the existing and proposed new lot. (Zone I-3)
